Ping joined Health Data Research UK in July 2023 as a Service Support Manager. Ping is involved in on-boarding new users and support users in aspects of using the Innovation Gateway service, and is also overseeing the management of the service desk.
Ping previously worked at NHS England as a Programme Information and Delivery Manager and at NIHR BioResource as a Clinical Training Officer. She has rich experience working with researchers and clinicians in terms of clinical data collection, reporting and analysis. Her passion is all about data.
Ping has a master’s degree in Business Management.
